NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN YOU, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NONRECORD CLAIMANTS, that the above entitled real estate mortgage foreclosure action has been commenced and is now pending against you. You are further notified that: 1. The names of all parties and the case number are identified above. 2. The court in which said action was brought is identified above. 3. The name of the title holder of record is: GLENDA COMSTOCK, surviving joint tenant with DAVID COMSTOCK, SR., deceased. 4. A legal description of the real estate sufficient to identify it with reasonable certainty is as follows: A parcel of ground out of the Southeast One Fourth of the Southeast One Fourth of Section 5, Township 15 South, Range 3 East that lies Northerly of the Old Caledonia Road and Southerly of the New Improved Motor Fuel Tax Road as the same are both located through said 40 acre tract, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South right of way line of the Motor Fuel Tax Road that is 300 feet Northwesterly of the point where the same is intersected by the Old Caledonia Road, from said point of beginning run thence Northwesterly along said South boundary line of said Motor Fuel Tax Road a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence run Southerly a distance of 250 feet to a point in the North line of the Old Caledonia Road that is 450 feet West to the point where, the said Old Caledonia Road is intersected by the said Motor Fuel Tax Road; thence run Easterly along the North right of way line of the Old Caledonia Road a distance of 150 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of a parcel of ground either once of presently owned by Lavern Barlene Lynn and Donald Lynn; thence run Northerly along the West boundary line of the parcel of ground either once or presently owned by Lavern Barlene Lynn and Donald Lynn a distance of 110 feet to the point of beginning, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MASSAC, STATE OF ILLINOIS. 5. A common address or description of the location of the real estate is as follows: 756 Grand Chain Road, Grand Chain, Illinois 62941 6. An identification of the mortgage sought to be foreclosed is as follows: Names of Mortgagors: DAVID COMSTOCK, SR., now deceased, and GLENDA COMSTOCK. Name of Mortgagee: LEGENCE BANK, as assignee of MIDCOUNTRY BANK, successor in interest to Community Financial Bank. Date of Mortgage: May 13, 2002, Assignment of Mortgages dated August 17, 2017. Date of recording: May 13, 2002 as to the mortgage and January 4, 2018 as to the Assignment of Mortgage. County where recorded: Massac County, Illinois. Recording document identification: Mortgage at Book 612 Pages 254-268, document number 021274; Assignment of Mortgage at Book 882 Pages 561-562, document number 2018-00000007. Unless you file your answer to the Complaint in said suit or otherwise file your appearance therein on or before June 4, 2018, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
