This action comes after the March 26 board meeting, when Board Chairman Mike Pullen read a letter of resignation from Tracie Berry.
In the letter, Berry cited health reasons as the cause for her resignation, which was effective March 16.
"It's been an honor and a privilege to serve," she wrote in the letter, also expressing her appreciation to all of those who had faith in her as a board member.
