Bunny was of Methodist faith, a professional musician and artist, a retired U.S. mail carrier, a local muralist and a charter member of Paducah Area Painters Alliance.
During residency in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Mrs. Vaughn was manager of City Nursery.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia “Patty” Coakley and husband Doug of Calvert City; two grandchildren, Karen Lynn Coakley Long and husband Brett of North Salt Lake, Utah and Price Coakley and wife Rachael of Metropolis; two brothers, Mason Hamilton Willett and wife Sarah of Evansville, Ind. and Gayle Willett of Pride, Ky.; one sister-in-law, Dorothy “Dot” Willett of Pride; eight great- grandchildren, Anthony, Brian, Hannah and Issac Long of North Salt Lake and Jessica, Lauren, Madalynn and Elise Coakley, all of Metropolis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Harold Vaughn; one daughter, Lynann Vaughn; her parents, Davis Hamilton Willett and Goldie Agness West Willett; one brother, Eldon Willett; and an infant sister.
Funeral service was held Saturday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, Ky. Burial followed at Bordley-Pride Cemetery in Union County, Ky.
