After being pestered for most of the game by the outgunned Rangers before pulling away just 10 days ago, this time Century put the clamps on Joppa’s main scoring threat, Tyler Castleman, and ran away from the Rangers from the start by a score of 78-36.
A huge 27-11 first quarter by Century doomed the Rangers.
The Rangers trailed 46-21 at half, and the die was cast.
Michael Sparks led the Rangers with 16 points. Castleman had 10, while Trenton Lewis and Austin Arrison added five points each.
Arrison added eight rebounds to his night’s work.
Pullett led all scorers for Century with 24 while Davarae Edmonds and Cordon Hight both reached double figures with 12 and 17 respectively.
