Charles Farris “Junior” Clark, 75, of Paducah, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 at his home.

Born July 1, 1936 in Ballard County, Ky., Mr. Clark was a member of The Singing Clark Family.

He had worked at Claussner Hosiery Mill and retired as a boilermaker from Illinois Central Railroad.

He also was an usher and security member for Southland Baptist Temple of Paducah.

Survivors include his wife, Eva Mae Vaughan Clark; one son, Charles Junior Clark of Metropolis; two daughters, Patricia Ann Woodford and Denise Gail Burress, both of Paducah; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jerry Clark of Paducah and Gayland Clark of Ledbetter, Ky.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Myra Myrick Clark; his parents, Farris and Mary Hobbs Clark; and one sister, Brenda Dunnagan.

Funeral service was held Tuesday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Harold Council officiating.

Burial followed at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.

Pallbearers were Ray Riley, Bill Powers, Brad Clark, Joe Clark, Shermen Henderson and Adam Breidenbach.

Honorary pallbearers were Lelon Vaughan and James Edward Vaughan.
