A motion was made by Commission Chair Billy Hillebrand to accept the contract and the motion was approved.
According to Hillebrand, the contract, which Massac County State's Attorney Patrick Windhorst has reviewed, includes a two percent raise for union employees, which became retro active to January with the signatures Tuesday morning.
