Mr. McQueen worked and retired as a teacher.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. David Deem officiating. Burial will follow at Metropolis Memorial Gardens with military rites conducted.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
