Survivors include her husband, Robert Cagle of Paducah; one daughter, Sherri Lee Campbell and husband Michael of Anna; and one sister, Nellie Sue Roberts of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hillary and Mattie Howell; three sisters, Hazel Carr, Janet Howell and Evelyn Truelser; and one brother, Bill Howell.
Graveside service was held Friday at Metropolis Memorial Gardens with Rev. David Siere officiating.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home of Metropolis was in charge of the arrangements.
