Florence was a member of Upper Salem Baptist Church of Metropolis. She loved the outdoors, fishing and camping.
She is survived by a cousin, Alfred Neill and wife Sharon and family of Metropolis; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and other cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Bellamy; her mother, Effie Mae Bellamy Neill; one son, Michael Cohoon; and her husband, Clarence Cohoon.
Graveside service was held Tuesday at IOOF Cemetery in Metropolis with Rev. Darryl Neill officiating.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis was in charge of arrangements.
