Glass era ends at Massac

Kelly Glass, Massac County High School athletic director and head football coach, has accepted an associate head coaching position with the new McCracken County High School and will leave behind a 36-year legacy with Metropolis Community/Massac County High School.

For the past 27 years, he has been the head football coach and will leave with a 132-129 record with 13 playoff appearances.

Fresh out of school, Glass drove a semi for three years and thought for a while that was what he would end up doing.
