Sullivan said there is a claim for $20,000, which will be put into the county's insurance fund, which would really leave only a balance of about $53,000.
The commissioners asked Sullivan what money he expected to be getting and he explained to the board that between the circuit clerk's and state's attorney's fees, his office usually receives about $30,000 per month.
