The 8-year-old and up group of this year’s Metropolis Country Club junior golf program is pictured here after the July 25 season ending tournament.
Well over 40 kids participated in this summer’s program with age groupings of 3-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13.
Medalists were:
• 12-13 year old boys: Brock Burnham, Graham Lawson and Blake Goins.
• 12-13 year old girls: Emily Griffith, Kalen Miller and Lauren Coakley.
• 10-11 year old boys: Micah Troutt, Dakota Ball and Owen Westbrooks.
• 10-11 year old girls: Brooke Stepter, Millie Lawson and Madison Cunningham.
• 8-9 year old boys: Hayden Summers, Andrew Maurer and Jake Miller.
• 8-9 year old girls: Alexis Frazine, Lily Conkle and McKinnley Korte.
• 6-7 year old boys: Preston Summers, Noah Jeffords and Luther Hawes.
• 6-7 year old girls: Elise Coakley, Libby Conkle and Ellie Rottmann.
