The girls took the match on total pinfall by a score of 1876 to Anna’s 1584 to record Massac County’s first ever match win. The girls also won all three games en route to the historic win.
To put things in perspective for these young ladies, the match at Anna finally compared “apples to apples” as Anna’s program is just getting off the ground as well and the two teams competed on equal terms.
