The event will be held at the Metropolis Country Club on Friday, Sept. 27. Sign-in is at 12:30 p.m., with tee off to start at 1 p.m.
Reservations are being taken now through Wednesday, Sept 25, for teams, $200; corporate hole sponsor, $50; or both, $250.
Carts must be reserved in advanced and will be charged a $30 fee.

There will be a silent auction, door prizes, skins game and additional mulligans will be sold at check-in on day of event.
MCDAC is a non-profit group organized under Massac County Mental Health. Its mission is to reduce substance use and abuse in youth and eventually adults.
