Mary resided at the Legacy Personal Care Home in Paducah and attended Lighthouse Assembly of God in Metropolis.
Ms. Grant enjoyed playing the guitar and, in years past, performed in a band.
Mary never met a stranger and was loved by all.
Mary is survived by a special friend, Charlotte C. Stratemeyer; several cousins; and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Anna Mae Kinneman Grant; and her sister, Charlotte Grant.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Mt. Sterling Cemetery in Brookport with Jason McManus officiating.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis was in charge of the arrangements.
