Born Aug. 19, 1975 in Peoria, Mr. Penn was a jouneyman mason for more than 11 years and was a member of Local 8 Bricklayers Union.
Survivors include his partner of 17 years, Stacey Leek of Metropolis; three children, Braxton Leek and Adalyn and Zoey Penn; his parents, Bradley Penn of Fort Worth, Texas and Sue Ellen Bradford and husband Don of Peoria; three brothers, Nicholas Penn and wife Jacki of Peoria and Joshua Penn and wife Shanna and Daniel Penn, all of Fort Worth; his paternal grandfather, Dean Penn of Peoria; his maternal grandparents, Dick and Donna Cunningham of Bartonville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Florence Penn.
Funeral service was held Oct. 8 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel in Bartonville with Rev. Kevin Dell officiating.
Cremation rites followed the service.
A memorial service will be held in Metropolis at a later date.
