Survivors include her husband of over 54 years, Paul Duckworth; one daughter, Sonya Knoch of Park Forest; one son, Max Duckworth of Rochester, Minn.; three grandchildren; William Knoch of Chicago, Rachel Knoch of North Brook and Corey Duckworth and his wife Julia of Ft. Benning, Ga.; three great-grandchildren, Angelina Knoch and Rocky Wistafke, both of North Brook, and Dylan Hall of Chicago Heights; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil “Shorty” and Freda Hall Babb; five brothers, C.O. Babb, Donald Babb, Thomas Babb, Roy Babb and Robert Babb; three sisters, Laverne Roberts, Audrey Glass and Iona Hudson; and one infant sister.
There was no funeral service. Visitation was held Saturday at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis.
