The ordinance amending and supplementing Title V, Public Works, Chapter 50, Electricity of the Code of Metropolis does two things:
1) It increases the late fee penalty of electric utility bills from 3 percent to 6 percent; and
2) It defines and places charges to repair and vacation status accounts.
