The win marked the fourth year in a row that Massac has captured the title.
The eight team field included Centralia, Cobden, Eldorado, New Athens, Tilghman, Vienna and Webber Township.
Massac defeated New Athens 25-20 and 25-21 in the championship match and whipped Centralia in the semis by scores of 25-12 and 25-14.
