Mr. Corbett was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed at Petibone West Track and later at Western Southern Life Insurance Company.
Survivors include his children, Paul Corbett, William Corbett, Sarah Turner and Charles Corbett; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Loran Corbett; and his mother-in-law, Dimple McClellan of Karnak.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia McClellan Corbett; and one brother, Jim Corbett.
Graveside service was held Tuesday at the Masonic Cemetery in Cypress with Rev. Jeff Barham officiating.
Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak was in charge.
