Survivors include her husband, Tim Waddell of Metropolis; two sons, Derek Waddell and David Waddell, both of Metropolis; two grandchildren, Xavier and Brenden Waddell, both of Paducah; two sisters, Mary Bruce of Daphne, Ala. and Nita Haney of West Frankfort; one brother, John Tanner of Metropolis; one half brother, Bill Tanner of Metropolis; several nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Charlene Waddell of Metropolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Juanita Stites Tanner; and one sister, Bobbi Jo Wilkins.
Graveside service was held Monday at IOOF Cemetery in Metropolis with David Waddell officiating.
Miller Funeral Home in Metropolis was in charge of arrangements.
