Members of the Metropolis Hope Light Project (MHLP) board are joined by City of Metropolis representatives to receive a $1000 donation from the Hope Light Foundation (HLF). The funds will go toward the construction of a lighthouse in Dorothy Miller Park on the banks of the Ohio River. The lantern for the lighthouse sits on the table.
