Survivors include three daughters, Toni Windhorst and husband Gary; Kathi Carnes and husband Chuck and Heather Thomas and companion Lee; two sons, Michael Thomas and wife Joannie and Tom Thomas III; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Marie Kastak Kohler; and two daughters, Karen Thomas and Patricia Teeling.
A family memorial service will be set at a later date.
