Individuals will gather from 12:20-12:40 p.m. on the courthouse lawn in Metropolis, at Brookport City Hall and at Joppa Village Hall.
Everyone is encouraged to attend an event, and those who are not able to attend are encouraged to spend time in private prayer for the nation, leaders and armed forces.
This year’s theme is from Psalm 33:12: Blessed is the Nation Whose God is the Lord.
