"At this time, the facility plans to recall approximately 100 employees, including approximately 85 union employees," said Dalpe in a written statement.
"The company is continuing its inspection of the facility and its investigation into the damage to certain equipment, but has determined that it is now safe to recall employees needed to begin the annual maintenance work," he said.
