Norma Aline Nelson Turner, 87, of Paducah died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Paul Hatcher officiating. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eastview Cemetery in Union City, Tenn.

Mrs. Turner had worked for Franklin Grocery and attended Calvary Baptist Church in Paducah.

Survivors include three daughters, Jo Ann Milbocker of Mobile, Ala., Linda Sue Austin, of Muscle Shoals, Ala. and Carolyn Fulgham of Metropolis; two sisters, Allen Johnson of Lone Oak and Shirley Blair of Paducah; four brothers, John Franklin Jr., Billy Gene Franklin, Don Franklin and Jim Franklin, all of Paducah; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Franklin Nelson Jr.; her second husband, Vernice H. Turner; her parents, John W. Franklin Sr. and Addie B. Johnson Franklin; one granddaughter, Marcia Aline Austin; four sisters; and four brothers.
