A private family service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 8.
Survivors include his brother, David Yeatts of Fulton, N.Y.; one aunt, Beth Shulte of Joplin, Mo.; and a special friend, Shannon Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Shirley Cummins Yeatts; and one uncle, Gene Cummins.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home of Metropolis is in charge of arrangements.
