Mr. Keipp was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Metropolis.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Julie Logeman Keipp of Metropolis; one son, Zachary Keipp and wife Annie of Metropolis; his father, Earl J. Keipp of New Columbia; one sister, Debbie Fisher of Ellery; his in-laws, Lowell and Janet Logeman of Metropolis; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Keipp; and one daughter, Ashley Brooke Keipp.
Funeral service was held Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church in Metropolis with Rev. John Kiehl officiating.
Burial followed at Zion E&R Cemetery. Pallbearers were Monte Bremer, Lyle Markus, Kenny Burnham, Lanny Grace, Jamie Eickholz and Randy Fisher.
