The team ended with a 6-7-4 record, but Painter stated that the record is very misleading because several losses came to bigger schools, which made deep runs into post season play. A video review of season was presented.
As chosen by the players, awards winners were honored with a plaque, which included: Dalton Mitchell, best offensive player; Hayden Bazor, best defensive player; Zac Henderson, most improved player; Ryan Woolverton, 110 percent award; and Dalton Mitchell, Hayden Bazor and Caleb Parker, co-MVPs.
Also: Dalton Mitchell, most assists; Dylan Green, best offensive player JV; Ryan Schroeder, best defensive player JV; Brandon Cummins, most improved player JV; Kendall Henderson, 110 percent award JV; and Tanner Weatherbee, most valuable player JV.
A tribute was made to the team’s seniors with a gift basket.
The five seniors honored included: Hayden Bazor, Weston Bazor, Kyle Hoyer, Caleb McNichols, Ben Mescher and Ryan Woolverton.
