Ms. Koerner was a retired registered nurse.
Survivors include one daughter, Brooksie Beard of Brookport; four grandchildren, Keaton Beard of Metropolis and Kolby Beard, Klarissa Beard and NaTauzzia Cole, all of Brookport; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Vera Phelps of Richview; three brothers, Kevin Woolever of Richview, Brett Woolever of Louisa, Ky. and Von Anderson of Wayne City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Cletia Frazier Woolever; one daughter, Tasha Cole; and one brother, David Woolever.
There was no funeral service or visitation. The body was cremated.
Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis was in charge of arrangements.
