Megan loved serving the Lord with her ministry, A Mighty Wind, and being with her family.
Surviors include her mother, Tonia Gibson of Brookport; her father, Arthur Kenney III and wife Leah of Metropolis; her grandmothers, Josie Bennett of Brookport and Jennie Clardy and Barbara Bard, both of Metropolis; her grandfathers, Raymond Clardy of Simpson, Arthur L. Kenney Jr. and wife Brenda of Vermont and Charles Gibson of Mobile, Ala.; her boyfriend, Chris Hornback of Paducah; five brothers, Tyler Wedeking, Ethan Cook, Grant Kenney, Levi Kenney and Jesse Kenney; one sister, Ashlyn Kenney; and two uncles, Michael Gibson and Victor Bennett.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clyde Bennett; two great-grandmothers, Pearl Butler and Helen Warren; and two uncles, Charles Gibson and Randy Kerley.
Funeral service was held Dec. 5 at Brookport Funeral Home.
Burial followed at Mt. Sterling Cemetery in Brookport. Pallbearers were Chris Hornback, Quaid Adams, Landon Hughes, Mike Harris, Allen Lewis and Ethan Cook.
