Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and had owned her own music studio, Brikas Music, in Nashville, Tenn. and Arizonia, where she wrote and produced her own music.
Survivors include her husband, Peter Johnson; one son, Jamie Brien of Benton, Ky.; one sister, Betty Lewis of Metropolis; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Vicki Brien; her parents, Charles and Glendara Rudolph Owings; one brother, Teddy Owings; and one grandson, Justin Brien.
Graveside service was held Dec. 19 at New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Paducah with Wade Gillespie officiating.
Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
