The Lady Rangers were hounded into a ton of turnovers as the Lady Hawks ran away from them by a score of 70-39 to end the Lady Rangers’ season.
Charlie Gilbert-Harris tossed in a pair of free throws at the 3:15 mark of the first quarter to cut the Lady Hawks’ lead to 6-4, but that was the closest the Lady Rangers would be for the rest of the night.
Gilbert-Harris, a senior guard, led all scorers with 22 points as she finished her high school career.
Katie Bennett had six for Joppa, “Gabby” Wrye added five and Paige Sharp, Mollie McCarver and Haley Martin each added a bucket for Joppa.
