Mrs. Douglas was a member of First Pentcostal Church in Karnak and was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Clyde Lee Douglas Jr. and wife Bonnie of Pendleton, Ore. and Roger Dale Douglas of Karnak; one granddaughter, Julie Birrer and husband Brannon of Lake Tapps, Wash.; one granddaughter-in-law, Cindy Douglas of Boone, N.C.; three great-grandsons, Tyson and Thane Birrer and Mitchell Douglas; three great-granddaughters, Taryn and Tori Birrer and Samantha Douglas; one brother, Harold Basham of Mounds; one brother-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Douglas Sr.; her parents, David and Eva Basham; one brother, Aaron Basham; and one grandson, Jeff Douglas.
Funeral service was held Monday at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak with Rev. Lonny Adams officiating.
Burial followed at Anderson Cemetery in Boaz.
