June Wiley Haun, 85, of Metropolis, formerly of Cordova, Tenn., died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, following complications from hip surgery.

Mrs. Haun spent most of her childhood years in Milan, Tenn. and was a graduate of Milan High School. She was a member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Cordova and attended Life Church Eastland in Metropolis.

Mrs. Haun retired from the records department at St. Francis Hospital in 1993 and earlier had managed the beauty salon at Lowenstein’s East.

Survivors include one daughter, Betty Milam of Germantown, Tenn.; twin sons, Stan Haun of Cordova and Dan Haun and wife Lynda of Metropolis; one brother, Sam Wiley and wife Carol of Collierville, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Cecil Robert Haun; her parents, Sam Stanford Wiley and Essie Berryhill Wiley; one son, Don Haun; and one sister, Regina Davis.

Funeral service was held Dec. 11 at Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis. Burial followed at Memory Hill Gardens.
