FORECLOSURE

The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, NOTICE is hereby given MATTHEW McDANIEL, SANDRA McDANIEL, TRACY A. ATKINSON, ELR, INC., d/b/a REED ELECTRIC, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS of the Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage filed in the above-captioned cause on August 29, 2019, pursuant to the provisions of Illinois Civil Procedures, the Illinois Mortgage foreclosure Act, 735 ILCS 5/15-101 et Seq., and that the above-captioned mortgage foreclosure suit is now pending in said Court and the day on or after which a default may be entered against said Defendants is October 14, 2019 and unless you file your answer or otherwise file your appearance in this action in the office of the Massac County Circuit Clerk, Metropolis, Illinois, on or before said date, a Judgment and/or Order by Default may be taken against you for the relief requested against you in the Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage filed in the above-captioned cause. The following information applies to the said Foreclosure proceeding: 1. The name of the Plaintiff and the case number are identified as follows: City National Bank of Metropolis, 19-CH-32. 2. The court in which said action was brought is identified as follows: Massac County Circuit Court, Metropolis, Illinois 3. The name of the title holder of record is: Matthew McDaniel and Sandra McDaniel. 4. The legal description of the real estate sufficient to identify it with reasonable certainty is as follows: A part of the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 15 South, Range 4 East of the 3rd P.M. described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of the above described forty acre tract; thence run South along the East line thereof to the South side of a private road or driveway running from U.S. Highway No. 45 into said forty acre tract; thence run Westerly along said private road 630 feet to the East side of a street (now unnamed) for the point of beginning of the parcel herein conveyed; thence Southerly along the East line of said unnamed street 865 feet; thence run Easterly 210 feet; thence run Northerly on a line parallel with said unnamed street 894 feet to the South line of the private road; thence Westerly along the South line of said private road 210 feet to the point of beginning, with the specific reservation and provision that the buildings to be erected on said premises shall not be built closer than 25 feet of the side of the street on which the parcel of land fronts and that said building shall be equipped with septic tanks as per State Specification for the disposal of sewage; and provisions and reservations are to be binding upon the grantees, heirs, assigns of the Owner herein, and the further provision that this parcel of land is restricted to residential purposes only, that is to say no business establishments where merchandise is manufactured or sold.
