NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, Tammy L. Laird aka Tammy Lynn Laird, Defendant, this case has been commenced in this Court against you and others, asking for foreclosure of the Mortgage held by the Plaintiff on the property located at 2783 North Ave., Metropolis, IL 62960, more particularly described as: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 15 South, Range 4 East of the Third Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West right-of-way line of Round Knob Road (North Avenue) where the South line of the Chester and Lorene Tanner property intersects the West right-of-way line of said road, thence North along the West right-of-way line of the Round Knob Road (North Avenue) a distance of 90 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel herein described (said point of beginning being located South 01 deg. 16' 00" West a distance of 1,112.85 feet from the point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Country Club Road and the West right-of-way line of Round Knob Road (North Avenue); thence from said point of beginning North 01 deg. 16' 00" East a distance of 135 feet to a point; thence North 87 deg. 31' 49" West a distance of 444.0 feet to the thread of a creek commonly known as Weaver Creek; thence South 00 deg. 00' 23" East along the thread of the creek a distance of 135.07 feet to a point; thence South 87 deg. 31' 36" East a distance of 441.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.371 acres, more or less, and all according to the Plat of Survey dated August 7, 1995, prepared by Farris, Hatcher, Tremper & Associates, Inc. Permanent Index Number: 05-26-200-003 Commonly known as: 2783 North Ave., Metropolis, IL 62960. UNLESS YOU FILE your answer or otherwise file your appearance in this cause in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the Massac County Courthouse, 101 W. 8th Street, Room B1, Metropolis, IL 62960 on or before September 9, 2019, A JUDGMENT OR DECREE BY DEFAULT MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU FOR RELIEF ASKED IN THE COMPLAINT FOR FORECLOSURE.
