The Massac Circuit Court terminated 44 cases during June. There were 15 guilty pleas, three supervisions and 26 dismissals.

Felonies

n Jamie Summy, 1020 Ferry St., pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Summy was placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Felecia R. Oliver, 1016 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to forgery. Oliver was sentenced to 30 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $1088 and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Danny W. Bennett, 408 W. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to burglary. He was placed on 30 months probation, fined $1000 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $150, complete counseling, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Latroy McIntosh of Cairo pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. McIntosh was placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Ricky D. Collins, 807 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 15 weekends at the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $2778, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Kyle Cunningham of Brookport pleaded guilty to theft. He was placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $60, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Shannon Goss, 1207 Coburn Ave., pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Goss was sentenced to 30 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete 40 hours of public service, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

Misdemeanors

n Tara L. Smith, 1405 Girard St., pleaded guilty to battery. Smith was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs only, pay restitution of $100 and complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program.

n Anthony M. Ford of Paducah pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property. He was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $200 plus costs and ordered to pay restitution of $2119.

n Roberta L. Leek, 908 Vienna St., pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. He was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $300 plus costs, ordered to complete anger management classes and undergo blood/urine analysis.

n Lonnie J. Moore, 2004 Simmons St., pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. He was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $500 plus costs and ordered to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Joshua M.O. Davis, 515 Market St., pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer. Davis was sentenced to 90 days in the Massac County Detention Center and ordered to pay costs only.

n Ricky D. Collins of Paducah pleaded guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to 20 weekends in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Larry T. Coulter of Evanston pleaded guilty to attempted theft. He was sentenced to 180 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 12 months conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs only, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Jennifer Wilson, 211 E. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to battery. She was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and fined $200 plus costs.
