The Massac Circuit Court terminated 54 cases during October. There were 22 guilty pleas, nine supervision and 23 dismissals.

Felonies

u Travis Cody Blanton, 317 W. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. He was sentenced to three years with the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), ordered to pay costs only and to pay restitution of $350.

u Blanton also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle. He was sentenced to five years with IDOC, to run concurrent with previous charge, and fined $75 plus costs.

u David S. Hiries of Grantsburg pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 180 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Kelsey Lynn Littlemyer, 1701 Filmore St., pleaded guilty to forgery. She was sentenced to 60 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $850 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $1080, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Christy J. Eleam, homeless, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Eleam was sentenced to 30 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to compete 30 hours of public service, pay restitution of $379, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Ashley R. Jenkins of Brookport pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle. Jenkins was sentenced to 120 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $185, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Jenkins also pleaded guilty to misdemeanors charge of theft. Jenkins was sentenced to 60 days in the Massac County Detention Center, to run concurrent with previous charge, placed on 24 months probation, fined $300 plus costs, ordered to consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Austin H. Lewis of Joppa pleaded guilty to possession of firearm without requisite firearm owner's ID card. He was sentenced to four years with IDOC and to pay costs only.

u Elmo L. Kelley Jr. of West Frankfort pleaded guilty to aggravated home repair fraud. Kelley was placed on 24 months conditional discharge, fined $1250 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $700 and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u James C. Stevens of Paducah pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation and fined $500 plus costs.

u Andrea N. Travis of Paducah pleaded guilty to aggravated battery. He was sentenced to 120 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete mental health program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

Misdemeanors

u Daniel P. Hartig of West Paducah pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. He was placed on nine months conditional discharge, fined $200 plus costs and ordered to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Randy Howell Jr., 20 Bullock Lane, pleaded guilty to battery. He was placed on 12 months probation, fined $300 plus costs and ordered to pay restitution of $4828.

u Bobby W. Butterfield, 1012 E. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on 12 months probation, fined $750 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Rachel D. Short, 4207 Rosebud Rd., pleaded guilty to domestic battery. She was sentenced to 20 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $400 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Jermon Cortez Williams of Burford, Georgia, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis. Williams was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $1000 plus costs and ordered to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Shawn E. Jacobs of Freeport pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis. He was placed on 12 months probation, fined $250 plus costs, ordered to consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Quaid A.L. Adams of Kevil, Kentucky pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Adams was sentenced to 30 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on six months conditional discharge, fined $750 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Amanda L. Jennings, 25 Grace Dr., pleaded guilty to domestic battery. She was sentenced to 50 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $75 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Max D. Beeding, 1105 E. Second St., pleaded guilty to theft. Beeding was placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $703, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Amanda E. Fasolo, 506 W. Ninth St., pleaded guilty to domestic battery. She was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs only, complete counseling, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

u Jacob L. Dunstan of Golconda, who failed to appear in court, was found guilty of child restraint violation. He was fined $151 plus costs.
