Staff report

The Massac Circuit Court terminated 28 cases during September. There were 10 guilty pleas, seven supervisions and 11 dismissals.

Felonies

n Isaiah Paul Pulley, no address given, pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Pulley was sentenced to 90 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 48 months probation and fined $500 plus costs.

n David E. Williams, 607 ½ Johnson St., pleaded guilty to retail theft. He was sentenced to 120 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $9, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Katlyn Koon of Joppa was found guilty by a jury of possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 120 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Jacquiline O. Zickefoose of South Fulton, Tennessee, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. She was placed on 18 months conditional discharge, fined $500 plus costs and ordered to complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program.

n Andrienne Davis, 40 Lois Ln., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. She was placed on 24 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to complete 30 hours of public service, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

Misdemeanors

n Kenneth Mitchell, 504 E. Eighth St., pleaded guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to 45 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $582, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n John L. Sullivan, 694 Mt. Mission Rd., pleaded guilty to domestic battery. He was placed on 12 months probation and fined $400 plus costs.

n Christian E. Walker, 213 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty to possession of firearm without requisite firearm owner's identification card. Walker was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $750 plus costs and ordered to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Rontravious D. Ardister of Elberton, Georgia pleaded guilty to obstructing identification. He was placed on 18 months conditional discharge, fined $2000 plus costs and ordered to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.

n Jonathon Harris, 1209 E. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Massac County Detention Center, placed on 18 months probation, fined $500 plus costs, ordered to pay restitution of $721, complete alcohol/substance abuse treatment program, consume no alcoholic beverages and to undergo blood and/or urine analysis.
