Jazzy dinner
The Massac County High School Jazz Band provided the musical backdrop for diners at El Tequila on Thursday, March 9. Directed by Gavin Hayes, who also sat in on several numbers, the band consists of Tim Andrae, Sharlyne Dominguez, Sydnee Hicks, Nate Koneman, Alex Larrison, Irene McCoy, Connor McDonald, Carter McGinness, Chris Puckett, Kaleb Rodriguez, Cheyenne Sumner and Mason Westbrooks. They were joined by MCHS alumnus Jason Steele, who sang Stevie Wonder's iconic song, “Superstition.”
