Hello. Boy we sure have been having unseasonably warm weather, but I hear Mr. Weatherman saying it may change, not too much I hope.
I have some birthdays to pass along: Draven Meyer on Jan. 3, Lacie Parks and Eddie Dover on Jan. 5, Judy Kotter Wright on Jan. 6, Kirt Dishinger on Jan. 8 and Frances Crisman on Jan. 9.
My great-grandson Jaxson celebrated his third birthday with family and friends last week. He received a lot of toys. Those attending were: Crystal, Tim and momma Destiny West and baby sister Vae'lyn; Amanda Morse and children Dixie, Kolton and Aaron; Brad and Tammy West and boys Brent and Blair; Tonya Wiseman; Kala Short; Emma Greer; Con Howard and myself. We all had a good time watching the kids have a good time. I bet they all slept good.
Prayers are sent to the families of Tom Wilke, Hazel Dover Helm and Mae Bond Smith who passed away last week. Mae was the former Karnak news reporter. I took over her job when she and husband Talmage moved to Georgia. All these people will be sadly missed by all who new them

I was going to quit all my bad habits for the new year....but then I remembered that nobody likes a quitter.
