Playing it forward

Students at Century School in Ullin recently "played it forward" through a partnership with The Toy Foundation to launch "The Great Toy Giveaway," where students put compassion into action by distributing toys to children in need. This year, the students chose Mounds Head Start as their recipient. Donna Evitts, teacher at Century, described the program as, "Kids giving to kids by playing it forward." Several students at Mounds Head Start received one of several riding toys to take home.
