Good evening everyone on a nice spring Sunday from here in Reevesville.

Things sure have been different lately for all of us haven’t they. I hope everyone is doing well.

Happy, happy birthdays, to Haley Fraser, Sharon Helm and Allison Murrie. They all have birthdays this month and we certainly hope they had great ones, and were also able to eat lots of cake.

Poor Peyton Fraser is recovering from a trampoline accident. He broke his arm just above the elbow, and had to have surgery and the whole nine. Get well soon buddy.

Mushroom season for Reevesville is just about over with for this year. I hope everyone was able to find a bunch. I saw Sherri Wright and her family from Reevesville found a bunch this year. Congratulations guys.

Who did Jesus say was Lord of the Sabbath? For the answer to this week’s Bible question, turn to Mark 2:28.

In church one Sunday morning, a little boy pulled out his cap pistol and fired it right in the middle of the sermon. His mother yanked him up and marched him outside intending to punish him then and there. A little old lady stepped out and said, “Don’t spank that boy. He scared the devil out if more people today than the preacher has in ten years.”

See you all next week. Lord willing and the church don’t rise.
