A ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager course will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan 18.

This is an eight-hour course required by the Illinois Department of Public Health for food service managers. The course ends with a computerized ServSafe exam. Results are available immediately.

The course will be offered at Massac County High School. Participants should enter through Door P on the back side of the school.

Students may register up until the day of class.
