PADUCAH — November is Native American Heritage Month. West Kentucky Community and Technical College is honoring the month with a discussion featuring Carla Hildebrand and Erin Langan from Wickliffe Mounds.

The duo will discuss the importance of Native American artifacts and history and how it benefits the western Kentucky area during the presentation in the college’s Matheson Library Reading Room, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16. The event, which is free and open to the public, is also an offering to benefit students in Native American history classes.
