We've said it before and it bears repeating: If you've never been to a Shawnee Saints college basketball game, you owe it to yourself to go.

While the season is still a good ways off, consider this a friendly reminder. A former Saint, who made a name for himself at the University of Florida, just recently signed a contract to play in Germany. The Science City Jena picked up Justin Leon, a 6'8" forward who played two years for Coach Sparks at Shawnee and then two years for the Florida Gators. Leon spent the last two years in the NBA "G" League with the Oklahoma City Blue team. Leon came to Shawnee by way of Conway, Arkansas.
