When Kenna Hight canned a 45-footer at the horn, the fourth quarter began with a running clock and Massac on top 61-31.
Massac improved to 17-5 overall and 4-2 in conference.
Harrisburg is now 20-5 and also 4-2 in the Ohio division of the SIRR.
The Lady Patriots will meet up with conference foe Herrin tonight, Thursday, Jan. 26, and will host the Lady Eagles from Eldorado in a Saturday afternoon affair on Jan. 28.
